Ingredients
Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Atta
Dried Moringa Powder
Salt
Oil
Water
Flour Mix
2 cups whole wheat Atta
½ cup dried moringa powder
Salt - as required
1. Prepare ingredients for flour mix
2. Mix them in a bowl
3. Transfer the dry ingredients from the bowl to flour container. Fill water and oil in the respective containers. Select your flour settings, thickness, roasting level and oil. Select the number of roti’s you want to make and press play.
4. Enjoy hot and fresh roti

Ingredients
Split moong dal – ¼ cup
Toor dal – ¼ cup
Chopped onions - ½ cup
Chopped Tomatoes – ¼ cup
Ginger – 1 inch (peeled and finely chopped)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (optional)
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder – pinch
Garam masala powder – ½ tbsp.
Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp.
Green chilli – 1
For Seasoning
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
Red chilli - 1
Preparation
1. Pressure cook both dals together with a pinch of turmeric powder for 4-5 whistles.
2. Mash it well and keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning, once done add chopped ginger and fry till golden brown.
4. Next add chopped onions and green chilli and cook well, then add tomatoes and cook till they become mushy and oil separates.
5. Now add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
6. Then add mashed dals and mix well, add water according to consistency required.
7. Remove from heat and serve hot with chapati.
